For Domestic Orders: We currently offer domestic shipping to all areas of the contiguous United States.
All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Orders will arrive via USPS within 3 - 5 business days.
We are working hard to be able to provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/ FPO addresses in the near future.
For International Orders: Currently Hey Growth Hey is only available in the United States. We are working on bringing Hey Growth Hey around the world.
How it works: You order, we process and then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then USPS takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the proper shipping address is entered correctly before completing the purchase. Please double check before placing your order!
However, If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email immediately info@heygrowthhey.com with your full name, order number and the corrected shipping address. We will do our best to correct the mistake as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we may not be able to correct shipping address errors prior to product shipping (our policy is a 24-hour response time to emails). In the event that we are not able to catch your mistake prior to shipping your parcel, It will NOT be the responsibility of Hey Growth Hey LLC to reimburse the buyer under these circumstances so please do take extra care to ensure the address you enter is correct prior to checking out.
In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@heygrowthhey.com We can give you the inside info.
If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

But due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade.
